| The
basic genomics core will provide sequencing service of EST
and genomic clones.
Depending
on the entry materials, the service can be in two categories:
* When all facility is in full operation on July 1, 2003. The same time frame will be applied before July, 2003, except that maximal output for E1 and E2 will be limited to 1000 clones per day between July 1, 2002 and June 30, 2003.
We will be
serving the community for sequencing large-insert clones (10 kb or above),
or an entire organism (bacteria or fungus).

Based on a typical BAC clone insert of 150 kb. Service starts July
1, 2002. |
